Developing and Validating Assays to Monitor the Immune System

As immunology specialists, we push the field forward through the development and validation of new immune monitoring assays to support clinical investigations of immune system disorders.

Our in-depth expertise in flow cytometry led to the generation of guidelines and protocols tailored to immunological studies, including receptor occupancy and intra-cellular assays guidelines.

Our team of scientists also develops immunoassays to investigate relevant immune analytes in clinical settings. For instance, a fit-for-purpose MesoScale assay simultaneously measuring 29 analytes in human plasma was carefully validated.

Beyond Validated Assays

Caprion offers more than a list of validated assays. Our team constantly innovates and comes up with new assays to help you investigate all components of the immune system, even the rarest events such as tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs).

Expertise in the Field of Auto-Immune Diseases

Caprion’s pathway phenotyping platform was used to assess the capacity of different JAK inhibitors, a current treatment in some autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, to inhibit signaling pathways.
